Varnamo Promos Corp. – Return and Refund Policy
At Varnamo Promos Corp., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to initiate a return:
Please contact our customer service team at Elevare-mx@proton.me with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at - Elevare-mx@proton.me. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once a tracking number has been issued or the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@lashauras.com to process it.
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 30 days. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
